The children had an amazing morning learning all about the Stone, Bronze and Iron Ages. They made a timeline and created freeze-frames representing Stonehenge, Skara Brae (a hidden Stone Age village in Orkney) and a Stone Age cave painting. They also represented different Iron Age gods and goddesses. They were able to answer questions about how people lived back then and how their lives changed as they transformed from hunter-gatherers to farmers over time.
